Bleed from Nose (chest X Ray)
My father chest X Ray report says : 1. Fibrotic patch with volumeloss, consolidative opacities noted in right upper zone with pulled up right hilum. 2. Elevated right dome of diaphragm noted with consolidative opacity in the right CP angle. 3. Hili are normal 4. CP angles and hemi diaphragm are normal. 5. Cardia is normal. 6. Rib Cage is normal. 7. F/S/O kochs etiology - Needs further investigation. Please let us what the report says and what to do now.

The reports suggest changes due to old tuberculosis infection However bleeding through nose is not related to chest condition If there is any respiratory problem like cough shortness of breath present kindly consult a Pulmonolgist else an ENT specialist for nose bleed

May be due to post Tb sequele. Pl do sputum for Afb and sputum for cb natt test. Pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken .

Your father have suffered pulmonary TB. X- Ray shows healed lesions.
Next Steps
Did he had symptoms of respiratory illness then we shld workup further invetigations accordingly.
