I had TB before 30 years ago. 9 months treatment done on that same time & I am still fit without any issue. But due to old scar Mark I unfit in Dubai medical & deported in2016, during medical test they check my blood, skin test & sputum, all are results was negative, nothing issue in that but due to old scar Mark in my chest they deported me.
I want to know is there any medicine to clean x-ray scar. Please suggest so I can go under treatment.

Yes it will remain same whole life and will appear like scar or white patch on X-ray. It will not hurt you until it comes with hemoptysis( bleeding from this area). Right now there is no indication for surgical removal of this part. So you have to live with it. No medication can reverse it ( scar ). Your investigation for tuberculosis were negetive.
Next Steps
Get a CT thorax done if it shows old healed fibrotic changes then you are clear of TB as rest of your investigation are normal.

Old tuberculosis lesion are permanant marks in chest after tuberculosis treatment and there is no medicine to clear it.

As you mentioned above the old fibrosis on chest skiagram as you mentioned are remain as it is , and no medication can cure this .
But it’s nothing to do with the acute illness.
And upon deportation varies from individuals countries guidelines.
