The XRAY is over pentrated film. Also would like to know if you are having any particular symptoms at present But prima facie looks like old marks from healed infection

It's poor quality film. Overpenetrated with some prominent vascular markings and reticular shadows. Better repeat chest x ray again. But what is your current problems??. Mention that too
