Cold or tb part 2

Asked for Female, 22 Years

So from the past one week , I have sore throat but now from past 3 days , I started coughing too... I have tb mdr in the past whose treatment I have was completed about 1 yr ago... I have dull pain in my chest sometimes and I think I have been feeling less hungry as of lately... I did cbc and esr test today , it is completely normal.. esr is also in normal range...but Idk I m still scared about my tb relapse ? Should I do further tests or should I just take antibiotics for common cold ?

considering your history of mdr, never take antibiotics blindly for any cold cough..always get yourself evaluated for reactivation of tb before proceeding for any antibiotics
