Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

Ive been having recurring armpit lumps in the same spot for almost a year! The lump grows in size and has severe pain. Then it disappears with no sign. The pain is worse a few days before periods, to the extent were am unable to move my arms. The extends to my shoulder and arms! This flare up occurs minimum 3 times a month! Also have associated rib pain while breathing or laughing! One of the lump formed pus and has been leaking pus for 2 months without healing. Took two courses of Augmentin 625 mg. Pre-existing condition- Arthritis (type not diagnosed yet) - get pelvic joint pain flare ups atleast monthly twice. Pains only when i move my legs. Doctor suggested that this could be auto immune related.

I am having following symptoms: Loud noise burping, abdominal distension almost whole day, redness and itching below ribs on both side except centre. I had diarrhea like symptoms about 1 week ago with all these and a homoeopathic doctor diagnosed it as gastritis with dyspepsia. As soon as i eat something i pass a lot of gas in form of burping but abdomen remains distended and as soon as around 3 hrs complete i feel extremely hungry and gas fills up in whole body even head and gets relieved much after eating something. I am also noticing palm and feet warmness since a few weeks and all these abdomen related problems i have since about 1 month. The gas gets much relieved after having dsr or anything as an antacid. What should be my next step and what the problem may be?

I have unbearable pain in my chest and I got heart and blood diagnosis through Echo and TMTdone on prescription of a cardiologist. The results were normal and doctor declared me so as far as my heart is concerned. But at the same time he gave me Ultracet 15S and still if pain does not recede, he suggested to see some pulmonologist. I used to have this kind of pain in my lower ribs and chest area earlier as well but then it was mild, bearable and for few minutes or say hours. But this time it is severe and prolonged. I have been smoking on and off for almost 7 years. So, I suspect tumour at worst. Please suggest me to clear my doubt and to relieve my pain.

Suffering from AS for last 5 years, diagnosed 3 years ago and started with allopathic treatment about 2 months ago. Medications include Saaz 500, Iban Plus, Calciright, Dgain, Seven Seas capsules, and folvite. I am facing severe intense sudden cramps kind of pain in my left ribs, chest and entire upper body, for last 2 weeks. Pain perhaps originates from back and then rediates to front. Its a squeeze or contraction kind of feeling that stops my breadth when it pains as it feels like hell. I am depressed and don't know what to do as never experienced such kind of pain. It subsides upon standing and returns upon lying down. Stretching exercises further increased my pain yesterday. Please help me out and I shall remain be obliged to you. 😭😭

I have frequent bowel movements (3-4 times daily) from around 4-5 days.. Headache and body pain(specially neck,back and near ribs both sides) also chest pain.. Trouble Breathing Sweating and Nausea.. Vomiting feeling only and numb feeling of brain..and feeling like brain stop while sweating around face..and constant pain in back side of head..heavy feeling in head.. Drinking 2 glass hot water after every meal and doing breathing exercises at night.. Should I go visit the doctor in hospital..is it too serious??

I am having difficulties in breathing, sometimes I feel pains around my ribs and stomach when I breath, There's water coming out from my breast whenever I press it. I am having a burning sensation on my right laps. I feel like something is moving inside my body always. My urine is yellow in color, I do feel weak most times. Whenever I take any antibiotics, I see something like boils on my body, when I press it, it's like water. My mouth always taste metallic. I also have a heartburn. I always feel cold even when the weather is hot. Whenever I do little things I sweat too much even when I drink water. I always have pains all over my body whenever air touches my body like someone who had an internal injury.

Is it possible to have polycythemia Vera with normal CBC , pap smear? I have splenomegaly with uric acid 8.4 ,heavy left foot and heavy palms when walking. Sometimes the muscle base of my fingers in the palm become red  if I am worried for a whole day.But my hematologist says not to worry as the blood tests are normal and within range, and have some mental issues. I don't get itching after hot bath.( I like it actually.) I don't smoke or drink alcohol. I'm a vegetarian. Right now, desperate to get the spleen get corrected as it pains in the left ribs and back.

Hello sir my serum globukin in my lft sudden elevated 1.5-3.0 normal rsnge of lab but its 3.2 sgpt 70..ct scan shows hepatic steosis is this dangerous or when it will normal.i habe pain in my back area side of liver nd also right rib cage ..abdominal musuclu strath pain nd middke abdominal pain..like something is cutting in middlevabdomen...how to low globulin level..help please wil this be normal

I have been suffering from regular moving chest pain since 1.5 years, sometimes it vanishes and comes again. Pain moves from left chest to right, ribs and now it's in shoulder and neck, but pains remains one place at time. I went to Ganga Ram Hospital ,New Delhi there they diagnosed with ECG,LIPID PROFILE,THYROID, USG Whole abdomen ,CHEST X RAY and every report was normal. Till now I have completed 3 times ecg and 2 times x-ray every times it's normal. I have grade II fatty lever, please advise if it's caused by heart or something else.

Hello doctor. Last month I had fever, chills, cough & fast breathing. There's a patchy haziness in upper right zone and bilateral hilar areas in my chest x ray reports. ESR is 100. Mantaux test is negative and sputum test is also normal. Though my fever, cough & other issues are cured from antibiotics (just 5 days treatment as I haven't visited the doctor after that) but now I'm feeling pain in my chest  may be in ribs. I have constant feeling of there's something pressing my head at different regions. Kindly guide me in the matter.
