Is it possible to have polycythemia Vera with normal CBC , pap smear? I have splenomegaly with uric acid 8.4 ,heavy left foot and heavy palms when walking. Sometimes the muscle base of my fingers in the palm become red  if I am worried for a whole day.But my hematologist says not to worry as the blood tests are normal and within range, and have some mental issues. I don't get itching after hot bath.( I like it actually.) I don't smoke or drink alcohol. I'm a vegetarian. Right now, desperate to get the spleen get corrected as it pains in the left ribs and back.

Hello sir my serum globukin in my lft sudden elevated 1.5-3.0 normal rsnge of lab but its 3.2 sgpt 70..ct scan shows hepatic steosis is this dangerous or when it will normal.i habe pain in my back area side of liver nd also right rib cage ..abdominal musuclu strath pain nd middke abdominal pain..like something is cutting in middlevabdomen...how to low globulin level..help please wil this be normal

I have been suffering from regular moving chest pain since 1.5 years, sometimes it vanishes and comes again. Pain moves from left chest to right, ribs and now it's in shoulder and neck, but pains remains one place at time. I went to Ganga Ram Hospital ,New Delhi there they diagnosed with ECG,LIPID PROFILE,THYROID, USG Whole abdomen ,CHEST X RAY and every report was normal. Till now I have completed 3 times ecg and 2 times x-ray every times it's normal. I have grade II fatty lever, please advise if it's caused by heart or something else.

Hello doctor. Last month I had fever, chills, cough & fast breathing. There's a patchy haziness in upper right zone and bilateral hilar areas in my chest x ray reports. ESR is 100. Mantaux test is negative and sputum test is also normal. Though my fever, cough & other issues are cured from antibiotics (just 5 days treatment as I haven't visited the doctor after that) but now I'm feeling pain in my chest  may be in ribs. I have constant feeling of there's something pressing my head at different regions. Kindly guide me in the matter.

I have pain in my epigastric region nd esophagus.since three months where joint of ribs middle abdomen xiaphoid process.m very abset.feel like very hard thered nd pain.feel that it will very high nd something wil damage . So a day ago i ate some spicy food and in the middle of the night i started having pain in my lower rib to navel area and it start worsened s the the time passed right now i am not having any type of serious pain but i get a feeling of heavines in my stomach when i walk and sometimes it pains while i walk and right now if i put a little pressure on my right lower abdomen i feel a sharp pain and it only happens sometimes and 5 months ago i was diagnosed with appendicitis but it was very minor and it only few antibiotics to get rid of the inflammation withing a week and i am also having a burning sensation whenever i burp and it feels like there's some gas in my stomach other than these symptoms i am having nothing

From last couple of month's i am, suffering mild to severe pain in my upper abdomen near ribs area. I had gone through ultrasound 3 month back a, fatty liver was found in usg.i had gone through lft and kft twice but all reports are normal excluding 9.4 uric acid. Now, i had gone through stool test all things are fine in test excluding ova of ankylostoma. Right now m taking delton 30 twice a day and pankreoflat Pain some times go away and, some time it remains for a, long time. Mostly pain i feel is, in evening time. Please throw Some light on this issue.

Hello, This is regarding my friend who has been suffering from persistent pain in his ribs, knee, knuckles and all joints since last year. He had migraine issues too.He had fever also for too long, for months.He visited many doctors but everyone had different opinion. One of the doctor's even he said that he had typhoid and  he was on medication for a month for that.But when he did not feel better, he visited another doctor who said he did not have typhoid at any point.He is constantly under medication but it's doing no good. I also feel, he's stressed because of job issues and does not even interact with people as he used to do earlier.I am not sure if the pain he feels is actually there or it's just in his mind. It would be really great if you could suggest something. Thanks!

I am 20 with 5 10 height and 91 kg weight, 4 months back I had got my check-up done. My ECG and 2d Echo were normal no cholesterol no sugar nothing. Only my vitamin B was 93, now recently almost every night my left abdomen mainly just below ribs i have strange pain, also sometimes my shoulder neck area on left pains along with hands sometimes, but all these are momentary pains except abdominal pain. I have acidity and get reflux only in night, the pain occurs at almost same time in night before sleeping when in bed.

Left shoulder pain now bit ok now severe pain In chest swelling in joint near to throat ribs. Took one month tiazin 2mg.nervigine. Also  had ibd related arthotitis last year took mtrx 20mg.
