Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

From last 10 days facing External Abdominal Oblique heaviness. Left side below rib(side portion). No such pain. But it is feel like cramp or something heavy in that area. Feel uncomfortable. Last routine USG whole abdomen was 11 months back it was normal. What is the treatment option I should follow next? What should be the next step? Does the below medicine cause this? I am having stomach pain early in the morning between 3 am and 4 am every single day for the last 45;days. Consulted couple of gastros.. took all tests like USG Abdomen, CBC, lft, RFT,stool test and endoscopy.. during upperscopy doctor diagnosed as pangastritis.. he told it could be because of mostly h- pylori.. he suggested triple therepy.. even after antibiotics course my stomach feels bloated and still having early morning pain every day.. usually the pain is just below rib area.. not heavy pain, kind of tickling pain.. what could be the cause.. pls suggest remedy.. currently i am taking mebeverine 200mg tablet for the pain.. but it's not working.. kindly help pls .

Hi doctors i have been suffering from nose and throat infection . My strep throat and in night time my one side nostril blocks. And i use otrivin nasal still it doesn't help. The problem is from long time. I feel irritation in throat. Cause strep throat. And now a days I feel consistent cough whole day. My chest pain ribs pain. I am using septilin tablet and geriforte for over 2 months but not getting help in my cough throat and nose block. Should I stop taking these. Or add Himalaya  bresol . Which combination to take. I want ayurvedic medicine. Pls help

I had complained of vibration feeling in my left foot, and muscle spasm pain in rib and calf muscle. I was prescribed Neubagam m 75, Lumia 60K and Gemcal XT tablets. After taking the medicines for a week, I now have sores in inner mouth near epiglotis , with redness and yellow patches. I am finding painful to swallow . It is like you burn mouth after drinking hot tea. I am diabetic and have BP. I take Istamet( metaformin) , Diamacron for sugar . Covance, stamlo and Tonact TG for BP. Are the mouth sores related to foot vibrations? Please advise.

Experiencing Chest pain since 3 months. Sometimes pain in left hand also. Location of pain differs( sometimes in the centre and some times left lower ribs). Sometimes also felt gas stuck in the chest and after burping or passing gas feels relieved. 3 months ago we visited a cardiologist and he had done checkups and  ECG which was normal and he prescribed some antidepressants (zaptra and etilam), after taking these medications I also feel relieved. Since 4-5 days I am again experiencing same heaviness in the chest. I am unsure about the cause of this chest heaviness and want to know what is causing this.

My age is 65 year old male. Gallbladder polyp 5 mm is noted in USG abdomen. No pain. Iam diabetic from 6 years taking gluconorm g 1 Aten 50 tablet s. Suffered antral gastritis took esofag tablet for 4 months. Now no symptoms but occasional heart burn, & rib bones hurt when pressed both sides. Gallbladder removal surgery or can I wait ? Is there any risk if I wait ?

She was having pain in left area below chest .. The pain was on and off from last 2-3 days.. on taking antacid pain reduced.. But today morning near 8 am pain developed all of a sudden below the ribs and sides..pain was unbearable for 6-7 mins but then gradually reduced. Right now she is administered ranctac inj and digene. I have attached the ecg taken at an interval of 1.5 hrs. She is under observation Please guide She is 54 years No history of bp and sugar Hypothyroidism currently on 100 mcg

My rib joints(1st,2nd and 3rd) are very tender to touch.Chest skin can not be touched at all.if any pressure is put along the sternum then I get severe pain.Pain increases while walking or performing any activity.I have the same nature of pain even at the back right opposite to where I have in chest. Got MRI sternum done recently which came out normal.I got MRI thorax done couple of months ago and that too came out normal. Xrays are normal.CT of sternum was normal except mild subluxation in sternoclavicular joint. I have this problem for last 10 months post covid during which I had severe coughing last year. Can you please advise what this could be .

Yesterday I was feeling so much shortness of breath that i went to ER He said it is due to acidity as I was having burping and gas also So i went and done ecg which was normal and now I went and do my cbc which is I am attaching Pls let me know my problem The things which I have experienced in these three months are Palpitations ,Elevated heart rate, Light headed Dizziness,Random burning sensations in chest Sharp chest pains mostly left sided Headaches/migraines Hot and cold flashes Weakness in arms and hands mostly on left side Some weakness in legs but nothing that stops me from walking Random pains all around body including ribs and abdomen Joint pains Muscle tension Pressure in  left eye Eye irritation Some pins and needles here and there Chest tightness and breathing difficulty

I am having upper back pain for the last 3 months consulted ortho doctor they advised it is because of postural problem and muscle spasm, they gave pain killers, while having it I am OK, but after that pain is coming thru radiating to rib and chest, sometime numbness also in the upper back. To rule out cardio issues I have done ecg, echo and tmt, chest x ray all comes out normal attaching ecg and echo reports for reference. BP 140/90 and Cholesterol wer there ldl is 128.3. Taking BP pills. Even after that test which I have done 2 weeks back I am getting chest tightness, dizziness sometime with heart palpitations. Whether it is worried problem or I have to see any psychiatrist to overcome with the issue.
