Yesterday First it started with pain in the right side of rib cage and then followed by a headache whenever i turn my head or I jump it's paining a lot by afternoon headache became very worst that from my left eye to right eye around the forehead it's paining severely also eyes pain I had soda it gave me relief for a minute but the headache is still the pain lasted for >12 hours whenever I bend my  head I'm feeling it heavy n paining while bringing to upright position the pain completely gone today morning and I have taken nicip tablet for safe side And again night it's starting now lightly my head is feeling heavy I have never encountered such severe pain can you please say me solution to my problem any tablets

Left shoulder pain now bit ok now severe pain In chest swelling in joint near to throat ribs. Some swelling also. Took one month tiazin 2mg.nervigine. Also  had ibd related arthotitis last year took mtrx 20mg. Then stopped .Since last year same pain took tricot injection it was helpful please help how to get rid of pain Visited Number of doctors . Hello Dr. I suffering from fever and dry cough more than twenty days. Date 22-05-2018 I admitted nearby civil Hospital. From there doctors diagnosed and take all of samples related with problem. In every report there is normal. Negative maleria, Negative HIV, Negative sputum ,bilirubin 0.24 mg/dl,hb 10 ,tlc 4200 doc 5938127. But ESR 105, they give me an antibiotic and zenta injection through drip for six days of my admission. And done an ultrasound of whole abdomen. In ultrasound there is a prominent node in the right lumbar region. But other organs of my abdomen is normal. The surgeon says there is nothing to worry about. And discharged on 27-05-2018 evening. Give me medicine for five days course. Now the problem is that I have pain in My ribs and always feel tired and sick. What should I have to do. Plz suggest me.

Hi,I m 27 years old male. I have sex with one unknown prostitute women on 26 Feb 2018. She gave oral sex to me without condem. While during sex I wear condem, I believe the condem is not broken . Last two to three weeks I have severe joint pain and muscle pain and more fatigue . This severe pain are first time in my life so far. Then red spots on tongue. Now both wings rib and groin are paining. So I took a blood test on 23 March 2018(25 days after sex ) and 9 April 2018 (P24 test) is negative.

My feet have been sweating excessively. There are white patches from the moisture. I've had problems swallowing occasionally. Having to force the swallow. Anxiety out of no where. I had one road accident on 23rd jan and getting recovered. While head inner injury is recovered,scar marks on head knee is still prominent. Dressing is stoped and betadine cleaning and Neosprine . Powder is advised to apply and keep open for knee injuries.want advise on: 1. How much time reqed to complete healoff after minor head injuries and right back rib pains. No hair cracks seen and CT scan clear as per Neurosugeons. 2.using tube application Vaniza gel from Ajanta . Pl suggest any thing else to get well early.

I have feminine body.less facial & head hair.No hair on chest.checked with endocrinologist.he said it's not hypogonadism. Testosterone levels are 764. LH FSH levels are also normal.most of the fat gets stored in lower body like thighs, waist,butts. Waist is wider than rib cage.no Interest in sports.fat in chest as well.i am sexually active.no erection problem.look like a female after shaving.if not hypogonadism den what is the problem? Is it 5 alpha reductase deficiency?if yes what can we do?Hel
