Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

MRI suggest me potts spine . I am eating Forcox Kit from 14/12/16. Until 2 months ago, it was so relaxing that I was walked and did routine work. But on 21/7/17 - due to sudden stomach ache I was not able to sit.  Since then, I am on completely bed rest . 22/9/17- Shown to  another doctor He  stop the Forcox Kit and start  'Riga i-6E' tablet. But still there is no  difference in pain. In the stomach, both sides in Rib , in the back. I am taking Zerodo tablet . Please help me.

Having side pains under rib cage and back. Also some chest pains. Doctor thought it was inflammation in muscles. Was given naproxen has done much. Then I started to feel a little bloated and gassy. She gave me something for acid reflux even though I've never had burning chest pains just aches random sharp pains. Had ekg and x ray of chest all were fine. Did blood work and test h pylori but came back negative. High Bacteria in urine was found and some squamous. antibitocs for uti dont work.

Previous record of right ovarian dermoid teratoma removed by surgery 1yr.ago. Normal menstrual cycle with no/negligible pain as recorded pre and post surgery. But severe right abdominal spasmic pain reported abrubtly at any time of the day,pain is prolonging during night. There's a swelling(muscular swelling) over the last bone of the rib cage towards the abdomen. Condition prevalent since last 3/4 months. Bowel movement is normal. Aged 27, under no medication. I have been suffering from chest pain ( below the throat in the middle point and behind the ribs ) while walking a little far or when in tension .The pain is very congestive in nature and seems that i shall die immediately ..i also suffer from diaphoresis..the pain gradually relieves with rest..i also noticed that during empty stomach if i walk the pain do not occur but if i eat or drink tea before i start walking then the pain starts.initially i thought that it may be due to gas problem but now i think the reason is something else. my age is 28 and also my BP is little high 130/90 but it raises to upto 160/90 mmhg during stress and tension and my weight is around 76kg and hight 5'5".kindy help me...i have done echo ecg (after taking rest)but both are normal.

Hi , I am 30 years old. Since years I used to get pain in my ribs. Consulted many doctors, every possible medical test was done. But I am physically fit. Post pregnancy, Along with this pain I started facing breathing issues. Recently consulted one dr and came to know that those are panic attacks. I get these attacks when I am mentally stressed. Yes I have issues in my life and don't know how to over come. I can see myself going into depression. Anxiety, impulsive behaviour is now very common with me. I am not liking anything. I actually feel deserted. I many a times felt like ending up my life but I stopped myself because of my two years old kid. She needs me. Do I need to seek some help?

Dear doctors, On 15-apr-17, i met with an car accident. I didnt had any serious injuries, though i felt mild shooting pain in my sternum area. I went to hospital and did ECG and x-ray also both were normal as per doctor and they gave me a pain killer shot. Though in night it again started paining, mild but the pain is still there. Kinly let me know if it pain was related: to the impact during accident/ inhaled air stayed in lungs which caused air retaintion in lungs/ any other reasons. Since there is no rib breakage im not sure how to treat this pain. Also note that, while inhaling it is not paining. Your any input would be highly appreciated. With regards, Padmalochan

I need to know if I should seek medical treatment for an acute injury to my upper body. I had a fall while snowboarding and felt a pop in my chest area right near my heart (a little to my right, mostly in the pectoral region). It hurt initially, but then seemed to be healing. Then it really hurt out of no where. It felt like I got hit with a sledgehammer / shot, and I could feel pain in the front and on the back of my torso. My right peck has remained swollen for about 2 weeks, and very briefly yesterday had a greenish hue to it. My question is: Should I seek further medical treatment? My thinking is that if its a broken rib or deep bruise I don't think there are many treatment options, and I would be blowing a few hundred dollars for no reason (getting married in a month and on a budget). But if it could be something more serious, which I highly doubt due to its known cause, I would seek further treatment.

Initially numbness in right little finger and medial half of ring finger 4 months ago. Burning sensation developed in a week around medial epicondyle and there used to be constant pain around elbow joint. Met a physiotherapist. Advised me anti inflammatory pills. No relief. Then pain started in shoulder region. After that it ascended up along spine of scapula and along the medial border of it. From last 15 days my neck hurts along with everything else mentioned above. Had an xray done for cervical rib- negative. NCS-normal. Hansens-negative. Ulnar nerve subluxates...

I had a sudden bout of vertigo in last oct/nov along with hyperacidity and nasuea. Got treatment under my family Doc who prescribed Stemetil MD as SOS along with Sompraz D 40 and Aritozyme. All was fine until last week it relapsed. This time had the X ray C. Spine AP/ LAT view done. The report reads: "There is straightening of cervical lordosis. Disc spaces are normal. Soft tissue shadows are normal. No cervical rib is seen." Also advised medicines as follows: 1. Sompraz D 40 2.Vertin 8 3. Stemetil (SOS). Would some exercise do some good? Help please.

My father has suffering from fever and cough since 26 Feb 17.I have consulted with doctors of KGMU ,they started medication  . But after medication no relief .Hemoglobin is 11.5.
