Dear Doctors, I have been experiencing backache and knee pain for a while now. After consulting a doctor, I took Shelcal and Joint Complex Q10 for a month, which provided slight improvement. However, I now feel that the discomfort is more due to stiffness or inflammation. I was also informed that I have hypermobile joints. I often feel the need to stretch my back and knees, and I hear a clicking sound when I do so. Is there a permanent solution to this issue? Thanks for your time and response.

Hello doctors, my sternum is cracking and making sounds like i move or turn my body around ...i feel like stiffness in sternum and wanting to crack...  to feel relief... . . HOW TO STOP THIS STIFFNESS IN STERNUM, only stiffnes no pain no previous injurious and echo PA xray normal... please suggest any remedies or gels to relieve stiffness and discomfort in sternum...pic attached as examples

I have little symptoms of osteoarthritis. I do walking 3km daily . But recently had been on a trip where I did a little bit of trek ie 700 steps up n down to see the beautiful place . 2 days I had no problem but developed pain round the knee thereafter and little pain also there. I do hot n cold pack . What do you suggest . I can bend my knee with little discomfort

I have been experiencing persistent itching and discomfort around the anal area for a long time. Although there are periods when everything feels fine, the problem keeps coming back. My wife having black colour in tounge for the last 3-4 years..no pain or no discomfort..we consulted with a dentist 4-5 months back and he said nothing to worry.and gave anti oxidants, Now she is pregnant we feel that the colour change is spreading so I attaching her tounge picture first one is recent and second one is taken in 2021.. She is having no health issues Only mild pcod What is this is is this pigmentation?? Or something serious? How to manage It? Tensed because it is spreading slowly

The last month of 8th I didD&C for the purpose of 8 week pregnancy. After the next day of procedure  not bleeded . Till today periods is not coming . And since three days heavy stomach pain , feel like gas blockecd in lower abdominal  , anus and vaginal.. difficulty to pass stoll and urine. The i took tab  primolut for two days , even periods is not coming , and i have severe discomfort in my abdomen... What can I do.. is this serious

Hello, It's been a month i am suffering from cramps on my back to hip and stomach due to which I was unable to sleep at midnight have a lot discomfort while sleeping. Even though I got a period but it was brownish red in colour which was stayed only for 3 days not even properly covering my pad. Also have a gastric issues a lot and burps. Unable to work properly get exhausted just washing the utensils for 20mins. Last month I got weird rashes or allergy on my arms which was making me irritated, it feels me to do scratches and but also it was burning from scratches what would be the reason of this cramps?
