My father is suffering from fever for last 1month with pain in rib area. Doctor done ct scan & told us having a blockage in renal right kidney advice for DTPA Scan. Ceretine is 1.43 urea is ok Bp 140/90 sugar normal blood normal. He told us may have to clear blockage which may be byborn or removal of kidney if found working less than 15% in DTPA Scan. Now taking antibiotics zostum 1.5 mg daily twice for last 8days. Pl advice what to do. Feeling weakness & body pain

Hi doctor, I am Numan currently from Chennai. I feel very strange in my heart, it beats very hard and I can feel the heart beat vibrations in my whole thoracic region, this makes me little hard to breath, like I'll have to put force to breath in the air and if I try putting normal energy to breath in then I'll have very short breath in.. I'll have a kind of pressure formed over my fifth rib of left side exactly below my nipple region over the heart.. It is there from quite long time, I have been under heavy stress mentally due to few disappointments,. I fear, is it heart attacks or something? I dont know please guide me and help me out.. I haven't said it to anyone from the time I am feeling all this nor I have taken any medication as well for this, because I was thinking it might be something very small and is there due to stress but even without stress I feel like this.. My BP and heart rate would be normal,.. Please help me out to know what exactly it is... Thank you.

I have been suffering from abdomen pain in the right side below the rib area. Pain usually worsens in the evening and after lunch. When i sit that part of the pain starts to pain n i feel nunbness in that area. I have undergone all tests like ct scan, ultrasound, 2d echo, tmt, blood, aec etc but everything is negative. Finally doctor prescribed normaxin but that is not giving any relief. Previously i used to drink a lot n suddenly stopped one day because of pain in the lungs. Every since i stopped that which is 6 months back i was diagonised for anxiety n ever since im using nexito plus. Plz help me i have visited many doctors but nobody could explain d reason for the pain

Im usingt nexito plus since two months because of anxiety disorder and i stopped taking it a week back.Now i started having symptoms like increased anxiety, Hissing sound in ears, a pain in my heart and feeling of pulpitation. are these the withdrawl symptoms of Nexito plus? and i've suffering from pain beneath my ribs near the liver area. what are the causes of this? My ultrasound report is fine without any positive results. i had panic attacks before since the day i stopped drinking and smoking.currently im not taking any medicines. until a week before i used to take Nexito plus but stopped abruptly.

My Ecg is normal sinus rhythm,echo was normal done 4 months ago(ef=65%), .but tmt was positve  but my invasive coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance, microvascular angina just one year ago(2024 december,dated 21/12/24).calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report ( november, 2023)too, hs crp value is 0.48, apoa1 is 141, apoB is 50.3 HDL 54, ldl 64, tg 55, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), hb1c 5.2 done all tests in october'25 I feel discomfort and tightness, discomfort & heaviness like feeling & pain and heaviness with tightness the left chest and & at sometime even at rest.moreover feel palpitation & pain & discomfort type of sensations sometime in stress .high bass sound makes me feel very uncomfortable feeling in chest. Taking clopidogrel 75 od & rosuvastatin 10 od. Non smoker, non alcoholic, non diabetic. Is it a heart related problem? Do i need to go for another angiogram? How to get rid of this? ​I am a 17-year-old male experiencing persistent itching and redness in my groin/genital area. This has been going on for approximately [6-7months]. I have not applied any creams, lotions, or medications to the affected area yet. The skin in that area appears [irritating iching and burning ]. This discomfort is affecting my daily routine. As my previous urologist prescribed me FARONEM and URISPAS for 8 days and I got relief but then he stop my medicine for prostatitis i asked him he said no medicine is needed and now my current urologist prescribed me alfusin and said no need of antibiotics because you have taken already she said to wait is any symptoms are there I am suffering from a feeling of  sudden urine release or like something is running down from bladder to urethra it's so discomfortable i always have to be sure that it is not a leakage and there is no fluid please someone tell what to do

Hello I'm suffering with s Uti since 3 weeks, First I took niftas 100mg for 1 week No symptoms gone Took urine culture and it shows ecoli And sensitive to fosfomycin My doctor given me fosfomycin 2 days back ,1 sachet or 2 sachets she did not mention and still I'm getting burning sensation and discomfort near back.. Is fosmycin working or not Should I take one more sachet? Please advise ik attaching report
