My father is suffering from fever for last 1month with pain in rib area. Doctor done ct scan & told us having a blockage in renal right kidney advice for DTPA Scan. Ceretine is 1.43 urea is ok Bp 140/90 sugar normal blood normal. He told us may have to clear blockage which may be byborn or removal of kidney if found working less than 15% in DTPA Scan. Now taking antibiotics zostum 1.5 mg daily twice for last 8days. Pl advice what to do. Feeling weakness & body pain

Hi doctor, I am Numan currently from Chennai. I feel very strange in my heart, it beats very hard and I can feel the heart beat vibrations in my whole thoracic region, this makes me little hard to breath, like I'll have to put force to breath in the air and if I try putting normal energy to breath in then I'll have very short breath in.. I'll have a kind of pressure formed over my fifth rib of left side exactly below my nipple region over the heart.. It is there from quite long time, I have been under heavy stress mentally due to few disappointments,. I fear, is it heart attacks or something? I dont know please guide me and help me out.. I haven't said it to anyone from the time I am feeling all this nor I have taken any medication as well for this, because I was thinking it might be something very small and is there due to stress but even without stress I feel like this.. My BP and heart rate would be normal,.. Please help me out to know what exactly it is... Thank you.

I have been suffering from abdomen pain in the right side below the rib area. Pain usually worsens in the evening and after lunch. When i sit that part of the pain starts to pain n i feel nunbness in that area. I have undergone all tests like ct scan, ultrasound, 2d echo, tmt, blood, aec etc but everything is negative. Finally doctor prescribed normaxin but that is not giving any relief. Previously i used to drink a lot n suddenly stopped one day because of pain in the lungs. Every since i stopped that which is 6 months back i was diagonised for anxiety n ever since im using nexito plus. Plz help me i have visited many doctors but nobody could explain d reason for the pain

Im usingt nexito plus since two months because of anxiety disorder and i stopped taking it a week back.Now i started having symptoms like increased anxiety, Hissing sound in ears, a pain in my heart and feeling of pulpitation. are these the withdrawl symptoms of Nexito plus? and i've suffering from pain beneath my ribs near the liver area. what are the causes of this? My ultrasound report is fine without any positive results. i had panic attacks before since the day i stopped drinking and smoking.currently im not taking any medicines. until a week before i used to take Nexito plus but stopped abruptly.

My Ecg is normal sinus rhythm,echo was normal done 4 months ago(ef=65%), .but tmt was positve  but my invasive coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance, microvascular angina just one year ago(2024 december,dated 21/12/24).calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report ( november, 2023)too, hs crp value is 0.48, apoa1 is 141, apoB is 50.3 HDL 54, ldl 64, tg 55, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), hb1c 5.2 done all tests in october'25 I feel discomfort and tightness, discomfort & heaviness like feeling & pain and heaviness with tightness the left chest and & at sometime even at rest.moreover feel palpitation & pain & discomfort type of sensations sometime in stress .high bass sound makes me feel very uncomfortable feeling in chest. Taking clopidogrel 75 od & rosuvastatin 10 od. Non smoker, non alcoholic, non diabetic. Is it a heart related problem? Do i need to go for another angiogram? How to get rid of this? Hello Doctor, Medical History: ​Confirmed UTI via urine test. Abdominal & scrotal ultrasound was normal. ​Completed a 10-day course of Cefixime 200mg, Flavoxate 200mg, and Serratiopeptidase. Symptoms almost cleared completely.About 15 days ago ​After finishing treatment, I had  masturbation/ejaculation once over 4-5 days, and the pain/discomfort has returned. ​I am currently in a remote college hostel  location with no doctor nearby. So please help me.

About 8–9 days ago, I noticed two white patches at the back of my throat. Three to four days later, I developed a sore throat that lasted for about 2–3 days. I visited a general physician, who diagnosed me with a bacterial throat infection and stomatitis. The sore throat has now resolved, but the two white patches are still present. They are not painful and do not cause any discomfort—they have simply remained there. What could it be? I am really worried about mouth cancer.

Hello Doctor, My 3-year-old son has had some redness and slight swelling in his genital area (penis) since last night. He does not allow us to touch the area, as it seems to be causing him some discomfort. However, he is otherwise completely normal—he is active, playful, and passing urine without any pain or difficulty. He wears a diaper only for about 3 hours while he is at playgroup, and after that he remains diaper-free for the rest of the day. Could you please let us know if this is something common that may settle on its own, or if he should be examined by a pediatrician? Also, please advise if any medication or cream is needed. Hello, I had an angiogram done some months ago, which was considered normal by my doctor, but I took a second opinion recently from some another Doctor. Since I was continuously having chest discomfort and pressure on rest and walking He diagnosed me with a small myocardial Bridge and increased my beta-blocker dosage- but I continue to suffer from symptoms Please suggest me what can I do in this case? I read online that calcium channel blockers are also effective as they help the artery to be less spastic.

I have recurrent anal fissure for 4 years . 3 month before i diagonised with simple fistula - 1.5cm track and i done surgery for fissure and fistulotomy for fistula . After 1 week i visited my doctor and he told healing as per planned and  told me to come after 1 month, at that i have Pain . After second week i have no pain and it going well . Now it is  4 week after surgery it is healed or not , i feel no pain and mild discomfort is there after bowel movement. What time it take to heal ?
