Needle like Chest Pain
It's been months i am suffering from needle like chest pain, always in left breast or below the breast (rib area), rarely in right side. Multiple ECGs have been done & even a chest x ray and all my reports came normal. Some doctors prescribe Lungs infection medicine, and other gave me antacids and gerd tablets believing it's acid reflux. I also have kidney stones of 4mm (right kidney, left clear) and i was diagnosed with GAD & Panick Attacks, where the pain radiated from chest to shoulder..sometimes i believe it is the same pain which comes and goes but I'm free from GAD & Panick Attacks... My Needle like Chest Pain is sometimes very severe and uncomfortable. But it comes and goes, it doesn't really provide me any harm but  sometimes it becomes very painful and uncomfortable. Please Help.

Historically the pain seems to be muscular skeletal and not Cardiac pain. You need local analgesic application and hot water for mentation. On repeated episodes ECG is normal, it is advised to undergo a routine ECHO and TMT for further evaluation.
