Exercising through live classes may help alleviate the pain caused by cervical spondylitis. Despite taking medication, you haven't experienced complete relief. Given your history and physical activity, the pain started in several locations such as the rib, leg, hand, shoulder, and finger. It is worth considering attending live classes for exercises tailored to your condition. If live class exercises show promise in providing complete relief, it would be a great solution for you. Additionally, it may be beneficial to consult with your doctor about the possibility of other tests or starting manual physiotherapy to further address your pain. Given your stressful daily routine as a mother of twins, finding effective ways to manage your pain is crucial.

Hey there! Yes you need to check your serum uric acid level and serum creatinine level. For pain do hot water fomentation and relaxation. Since you are deficient on vitamin d, it will take some time. Continue taking supplements and sit in morning sunlight. Try taking breaks in between working hours.
