Mfs mayofacoal syndrome
Left shoulder pain now bit ok now severe pain In chest swelling in joint near to throat ribs. Took one month tiazin 2mg.nervigine. Also  had ibd related arthotitis last year took mtrx 20mg. Since last year same pain took tricot injection it was helpful please help how to get rid of pain Visited Number of doctors . I'm patient of ulcerative colitis moderate under control. Salfoz didn't work intake mesacol od1.2g.cab I have etoshine Mr in long run. Please help .regards dhruv please tell it timings if required to meet and where

Dear Dhruv Thanks for the query You have ulcerative colitis related arthritis The pains are related to that I don't think you have myofascial syndrome Though u may be having entheditus related to your IBD I would have preferred sulfasalazine over mesacol as both arthritis and IBD will be decreased
