Middle and back pain and leg weakness
Dear Doctor Three years ago in the year 2020 i had suffered a traumatic fall and got compressed spinal L1 fracture..I was treated conservatively as my fracture was stable without neurological defects... i was doing completely fine .. Suddenly from last two weeks i am feeling tensed in my mid back, lower back and side ribs(both side) also sometimes feels numbness from hip to knee or sometimes feel weakness below knee and feet... Sometimes feels crawling sensation in parts of feet... I am worried whether my old compression fracture is creating problems!!! Please guide. Fasting Glucose -101 Vitamin B12, Vitamin D and Electrolyte normal... Please guide!!!

If it was a stable fracture and managed conservatively , you would have healed in the same manner..You are very unlikely to get neurological deficit due to that.. If you are worried about the issue..You can get yourself examined and solve your problems.. The symptoms may or may not be coming from the old injury..
Next Steps
was a stable
