Stress and anxiety
Hi doctors, am 11 months baby mother via c sec., am feeling stressed and anxiety too much. am getting acidity problem and pains at hands some times legs , getting middle of the ribs and chest pain. am having thyroid using 62.5 mg, recently went to endoscopy result is duodenal uclers and gastritis. used triple therapy , now using esmoprazole. this is second month of using. am taking lyt food . avoideds dals, non veg , spicy , drinks all. but am getting gas pain in the middle of the chest part. pls give some suggestions. how to take care of myself

For Acidity avoid spicy and fried food have small frequent meals walk after each meal for anxiety get ur  vitamin d levels checked If normal connect with a psychiatrist the pain in the hands could be because of calcium deficiency make sure you taking calcium supplements regularly  till you are lactating
