Stress during pregnancy
I have been told that stress during pregnancy is not good .. however, how much is too much ? I'm sure you're aware that stress is a part of life .. work stress etc happens on a daily basis . Is that harmful as well . Or is it only chronic prolonged stress that is bad ? Getting stressed for a day etc is ok ?

Stress is like FRICTION in the wheels of a car. Too much friction, your car won't move. Too little friction, you will not be able to apply brakes to your car. Similarly no one wants to have any stress in life. But it just comes and you can do nothing about it.

There’s no level of stress that Is safely accepted in pregnancy. Varies from person to person. It’s ok to have one bad day. Make sure to do something that makes you happy, have positive thoughts

Getting stress for a day would not affect your pregnancy. You should avoid stress sas much as possible. Stress can't be defined on any parameters
