Neck and shoulder pain
I have facing neck and shoulder pain since three years, now last four month this pain is increase. I am work on siting  long hours on laptop work . Last three to four days my hand fingers and sole foot also numbing and pain. Below is xray report dated 05.05.2023 / DIGITAL X RAY CERVICAL SPINE- (AP, LAT) Bone density is mildly reduced. Vertebral bodies are normal in height with straightening of spine. Spondylotic changes are seen in the form of osteophytes. Intervertebral disc spaces are normal. Pedicles appear normal. No abnormal pre or paravertebral soft tissue shadows seen. No cervical rib seen. /
