Headache,Body pain,chest pain,numbness
I have frequent bowel movements (3-4 times daily) from around 4-5 days.. Headache and body pain(specially neck,back and near ribs both sides) also chest pain.. Trouble Breathing Sweating and Nausea.. Vomiting feeling only and numb feeling of brain..and feeling like brain stop while sweating around face..and constant pain in back side of head..heavy feeling in head.. Drinking 2 glass hot water after every meal and doing breathing exercises at night.. Should I go visit the doctor in hospital..is it too serious??

You need to be examined by a doctor please visit nearest physicia. If symptoms not improved with a physician's medication then this is time to consult a psychiatrist.  all your symptoms are classical features of anxiety disorder please consult me for the same

Maintain proper hydration, take adequate fluid and rest. Stop taking hot water. You need proper treatment
