Gall bladder problem please review this
My wife has a stone in gall bladder that
(Normally distended gall bladder with evidence of 12.4 w 11.5mm calculus in G.B. neck region s/o cholelithiasis)
She cannot handle the pain
Pain is moving around back,lower abdomen,back bone , both shoulders, both sides of the ribs, she cannot stand she cannot eat she cannot walk
Is operation is the only alternative ??
Plzz suggest pain killer that can relief her quickly
Plzz guide me wat 2 do though
At the time I'm giving her pan d & nobel spass

As per symptoms, diagnosis is cholelithiasis with cholecystitis. So have to settle with inflammation followed bt better to under go laparoscopy cholecystectomy.
