I have an impacted third molar since 2 yrs which is giving me constant discomfort/ irritation in the cheeks/ gums and retro molar region! Some days i feel it's settled somedays i feel super irritated and under constant dull ache! It doesn't sort of pain , but iam discomforted on that side! I've tried deep scaling/ trimming of tooth which I thought was hurting me/ got a new lower crown which was pending.. basically i ruled everything else out, but this problem is stuff there!
My question:
Should i take this out?

Hi mam no doubt the only solution to get rid of this discomfort and pain is removing that wisdom tooth. It has already started damaging your next molar teeth also. This wisdom tooth is not in proper position to come out and also there is lack of space. So without any hesitation please go for removal.

A week discomfort is better than a lifelong discomfort and pain
Hi,
It is better to remove the wisdom tooth. The position of the wisdom tooth may cause problems in the second molar. Already a small decay can be seen in the shared x-ray. Get the treatment done at the earliest.
