I have been suffering from gastritis from the last few years, took medications for this in last year and i felt much better and my problem have been resolved. But from the last few months i have seeing a change in my health condition like I am getting irritated, Being Mentally Down, Getting angry on silly things, When my lower abdomen gets irritated like when i feel discomfortness i feel an increase in anxiousness and feel very worried and restless. I have been feeling very much different with my body, I have been uncomfortable and these kind of symptoms and irritatuon is causing my daily activities getting on hold. When my stomach is affected, my anxiety increases. Even in other set, When i feel anxious of restless then stomach also feels very much discomfort. I do not know at the age of 28 years, I have been suffering with this issue and couldn't be able to cope up again and these things affecting my life too.
