Hello Doctor, I am actually writing my 11th standard final exams and I am quite stressed about it. So much so that it's taking a toll on me and affecting me. I always have a hard time during exams. I am always under that fear of not completing my portion during exams on time and also I am worried about my results. There are times when I loose my resistance towards stress and breakdown. I get scared looking at the amount of things i need to study, I am also scared whether I will perform well or not. This stress is hampering with my mental peace along with loss of appetite. Please Doctor , can u suggest some tips and tricks to battle this stress ?

Can Cytotec be taken orally for labor induction WITHOUT a cervical exam? I'm a few days short of 42 weeks pregnant. I can't find a reason to why I HAVE to have a cervical exam to take it unless labor doesn't occur. I understand oxytocin should only be done if your cervix is ripe. If I am correct that it is not necessary, then what should I tell the doctor?

I cannot focus and read after undergoing an eye dilation (for eye exam). It's been two days since I got my eyes dilated for the eye exam. My eyes look normal but i have trouble focusing and reading, which I was able to prior to the eye exam.

Hi, I always have the urge to urinate and it is sudden urge. It leaks before even going to urinate and I urinate very less and more often when I take fluids. I have no diabetes. This is a serious problem during exams as I don't have control over it  and can't stay without taking a break. Even though I have urinated completely before and taking less fluids Please suggest some medication. Is it curable? Which Doctor should I consult ? Is there any treatment in ayurveda or unani?
