Exam stress and anxiety
Hello Doctor, I am actually writing my 11th standard final exams and I am quite stressed about it. So much so that it's taking a toll on me and affecting me. I always have a hard time during exams. I am always under that fear of not completing my portion on time during exams and I am also worried about my results. There are times when I loose my resistance towards stress and have a breakdown. I get scared looking at the amount of things I need to study. I am also scared whether i will perform well or not . This stress is hampering with my mental peace and I am also experiencing loss of appetite due to stress. I overthink about things I can't control. I don't remember the last time I had a good laugh or smiled. Exams is the only thing that affects my mental and physical state. I am also very restless during this time. Please Suggest some tips and tricks to battle this stress. Thank you
