Anxiety and depression fear of Exam
I have a skill test after ten days for which I have to write in shorthand after listening to the speaker. As the exam is coming closer, my tests are getting worse. I am getting very anxious. My tests are getting worse due to nervousness in the test room. Instead of increasing, my marks in the test are decreasing. I forget even the things I remember. My heart beats increase. Please suggest me a tablet to avoid nervousness and anxiety. If this happens on the day of the exam, what will happen to all my hard work? Please help me, I will be grateful to you.

As its only 10 days to go- Visit a psychiatrist for sos medications. But don’t take any new medicines on the day of exam, try them before hand to see how its making you feel (example: some instant anxiety reducing medicines may make you feel sleepy/slow) so try them out much before the exam day. Another important thing- give your tests with the mindset that doing badly is not the end of the world. The more you focus on only and only good result, the more pressure you are going to feel. Focus on learning to the best of your ability and giving an honest attempt. That’s the only thing that’s under your control. Nutritious food, good sleep and some physical exercise (even walking) is going to help. Goodluck!
