Exam failure fear
This year I've been through alot of health issues and family problems due to which I wasn't able to attend enough classes and wasn't able to manage the stress of personal life.. and I feel so much anxiety that how will I pass and achieve my dreams..because I'm not able to study properly..I've hardly 4-6 months left for my exams..but I'm unable to focus properly.

It seems to be stress induced performance anxiety. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine if required. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated. You need an expert Psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

You are worried about whether you will be well prepared for the exam or not. Try to not worry about how you will do in your exam. Prepare for the exam with a calm state of mind. In anxiety we worry lot but without constructive action and this worry stop us from focus properly.Most of time we  can't control health issues and family members as they are not in direct control of us . You have to understand that  in life ,there are something which we can change and can not change.when we try to change which we can't control we feel anxiety . Accept your health issues and family members as it as but without demanding. It would help you feel concern and facing the issue .

Hi Stress and pressure are part and parcel of the life and best friend too because they motivate us to take actions. Intensity of stress depend on how we take it and perceive in the right perspective.

Manage your time, try planning an achievable study schedule around your family issues that gives you the time for some peaceful, undisturbed quality study time. By Working out what time of day works best for you, those valuable hours you can concentrate on studying . If you think you can't negotiate - resolve the family issues you are referring to , then find the inner strength to focus , move ahead - find a place where you can study with concentration without any distraction. It can be library, friend's home or your separate room. Don’t let one affect the other stay strong . anxious thinking habits set up a kind of internal ‘noise’ that can cause these to become stressful. Your success will make all happy your future brighter. Talk to Psychologists to help manage your emotions , you will learn skills and techniques to help you through these issues in a positive beneficial manner .

I would like you to think about how you could make the best use of these 4-6 months efficiently. How you could plan to spend this time preparing well.

There is exam anxiety that you are facing coupled with some other emotional disturbances as well. You need few counseling/therapy sessions and then you will be able to do your best with exams
