Work towards enjoying what you HAVE rather than have nots..... Give exams when you are prepared...just don't keep sitting for it. Take professional help if you are not able to see anything interesting in life right now.

Managing exam anxiety involves implementing various strategies to ensure a balanced and effective approach. Break down your study sessions into manageable chunks, allowing for better retention and understanding. Incorporate deep breathing and mindfulness techniques to stay calm and centered during preparation. Prioritize self-care by ensuring you get enough sleep and maintain a healthy diet. Create a realistic study schedule that avoids last-minute cramming and allows for consistent learning. Utilize positive affirmations to boost your confidence and visualize success. Take regular breaks to prevent burnout and refresh your mind. Seek support from friends, family, or teachers when needed. Practice past exams to familiarize yourself with the format, and remember, it's okay to ask for help if you're facing challenges.

Hello! If this is a pattern and happening repeatedly, it needs to be addressed. The reason behind this can be lack of focus and fear of failure. Although you are spending all your time on it but still unable to succeed, there could be something wrong. It is okay to have healthy stress during examinations, as that drives us to study hard but extreme stress and fear will slower down the process and almost make it difficult to accomplish study/exam goals. You might be stress eating as well. Firstly indulge yourself in some physical activity, take a long walk in nature, try and meditate and practice breathing techniques. This will help you get hold of your mind. Try and calm your mind and then sit to study. Spend quality time rather than sitting for hours with unproductive results. Take small breaks in between. If your subject seems difficult, seek help from a tutor.
Next Steps
Counselling can help you get on track.
