Extreme feeling of fear,anxiety attacks
From the beginning of April I have started feeling shortness of breath that time I was anxious regarding covid situation and lockdowns following with social media and news.Gradually I started feeling almost every night that I can't breathe properly or I have developed breathing difficulty. This things continued.On june the feelings got worst that time I didnt have any idea about panic attacks so I got nervous and next day I visit to gp he gave metxl12.5mg,nexpro,Lonapam and s vocita and also advice me some tests which include hemoglobin,sugar,thyroid,ecg and Rbc .All reports were normal Ecg detected sinus arrhythmia.I took those medicines for about 18days. And only continued metxl. But I dont want to be on this medicine for my lifetime. So I consulted my another gp online. He heard everything and started tapering my dose. Now I took metxl once a week and when I feel too much anxiousness.But I have became hypochondriac and always got worried and tense with useless thing also.I need help

This seems to be issue with prolonged unmanaged thoughts leading to anxiety. You may have many unaddressed issues which may be leading to this problem. Long term therapies will help you as it will help you in mind management. You should try doing yoga for self help and counselling will help too

I can only imagine how taxing these experiences must have been for you. It is good that you had decided to take measures as best as you could at that time. At present, it would be helpful if you consulted a psychologist to get an in depth understanding about the triggers and thoughts. Through counselling you could learn new coping skills that would help you too. You could also incorporate yoga,mindfulness exercises and guided deep breathing exercises into your lifestyle.
