Anxiety, fear of heart attack, thoughts
Hello, since few time I'm facing issues of anxiety like racing thoughts, sometimes i feel that I am disbalanced while walking or like I am sinking under the ground, heart beat increases and fear of heart attack, and sometimes burning sensation in left side of chest under collarbone or towards shoulder also sometimes. I can't sleep properly on time even if I want to as my mind always keeps thinking and thoughts don't stop. I did blood test in which haemoglobin was excellent according to doctor. Due to this I fear to go out with my friends also for a long distance that if something happens then what will I do etc. Etc. Everything happens to me on a random basis like anytime even sometimes in the morning when I get up from bed. And it comes and goes but makes me anxious. All this started after Covid-19 even though I was not infected with covid previously. But I had worked in Mumbai in the covid period and saw the situation very closely. I was very active back then now I am not due to this.

From what you have explained here on your condition I tend to get a feeling that you are in the grip of anxiety, that too probably chronic. Anxiety is known to produce symptoms like the ones you have explained. I would suggest you to seek the opinion / treatment from an experienced psychiatrist to bring your symptoms under control. Once that happens, it will be better for your long-term well-being that you consult a psychologist and get guided on dealing with anxiety-producing situations.
