Hi, Consult a Psychologist after assessing , with counselling and therapy you learn relaxation techniques to cope with anxiety, helping you to identify , understand and treat underlying concerns causing these emotions. Cognitive behavioral therapy, for example, can help you by teaching you different ways of thinking, behaving, and reacting to the feelings that happen . This will help you manage to prevent anxiety and reduce their severity. Once you learn these skills, you can practice them on vour own effectively.

Hi Since the past six to seven months you have seen an increase in anxiety and fear. You feel anxious for no reason. Consult a psychologist and explain about anxiety and fear. In order to determine what is causing anxiety with a psychologist you can talk about your lifestyle, relationship with family, and family history of anxiety disorders. If you have any physical health issue you can talk about it with a psychologist. It is important to remember that you can feel better and calm. Counselling sessions will help you.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist.
Health Tips
Contact me for counselling sessions. Along with counselling I can suggest natural foods to calm the mind.

Hi... Panic attacks along with severe anxiety is not very uncommon among young adults these days. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) along with Lifestyle Changes works well in such cases. Sometimes medications are also used temporarily to help the individual get some immediate relief from their symptoms. But ultimately the root is mostly psychosocial which needs to be identified and addressed in a therapeutic setting. I see lot of young people suffering from such issues which can easily be addressed with Psychotherapy/Counselling. Typically, such issues get better within 4-6 months of weekly counselling sessions. In some cases it may stretch from 6—8 months to 1—2 years. The duration of treatment depends upon the prognosis and the diagnosis.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required. Consult a Psychiatrist for a medical diagnosis and medications (if required).
