I'm sorry that you're feeling this way. You may consult a psychologist for counselling sessions in which you could open up about things that worry you, and identify any underlying beliefs that could be the reason for your low mood. Since our childhood, we face certain events that lead to the formation of negative automatic thoughts like "I'm not worthy of love" "I'm not good enough" which develop into strong underlying beliefs affecting our thoughts and emotions on a daily basis. It may be beneficial to go over such events with a trained professional, incorporating a different perspective and making appropriate and healthier inferences from the same.

I would suggest you to address your issues by consulting your family physician, to begin with. Conditions like hypothyroidism, vitamin deficiency, hormone related problems, sleep issues etc. could trigger symptoms like what you have mentioned. If you do not find much improvement even after that, please consult a psychologist and get an assessment of any underlying psychological issues and try to manage them accordingly. If the psychologist suggests the need for medication, you may have to consult a doctor (psychiatrist) for that without hesitation. I would also suggest a few things that you can do yourself and get back to normalcy in terms of mental well-being. Please build up a healthy routine, connect more with people with whom you feel comfortable through communication, reduce screen time if possible, regulate food habits and do some physical exercises like walking, jogging etc. People's attitudes towards you and other uncomfortable situations do not stay for long. Please remember this and stop attaching a lot of importance to them. Just decide that it is your life and you will live it on your terms and achieve your own wellness with your efforts even while remaining nice to others.
