PCOS is known to cause disturbances in mental health. However, an experienced gynaecologist will usually be able to manage the symptoms of PCOS including its impact on mental health and take the person suffering to a physical health condition conducive for conception and consequent wellness. With this, I would suggest you to consult an experienced gynaecologist if you haven't already done so. Apart from this, consulting a psychologist on dealing with depression, anxiety, irritability, melancholy etc. and following the guidance on it would benefit you in the long term.
Next Steps
Please consult a gynecologist as well as a psychologist.
