I am feeling very depressed.

Physical: - are you getting adequate sleep (6-8 hours)? - how is your appetite? - are you getting enough exercise? 2. Social: - are you getting enough time and space to spend with your friends, family and loved ones? - are these relationships helpful in providing you with support? 3. Mental: - do you find the time to engage with activities and hobbies that stimulate your mind/ make you happy? - are there any things in your routine that are particularly making you unhappy or disinterested? 4. Spiritual: - do you find that you ask yourself questions about your life and experiences? - are you engaging with any spiritual practices that are helping you? 5. Emotional: - how are you currently processing your emotions? - what kinds of emotions overwhelm you?
