Hello, I can imagine you must be completely overwhelmed by everything that you have mentioned and feeling very weak due to lack of sleep and food. I request you to please eat some Bananas on a daily basis, even if you are not able to eat anything else. It is easy to swallow so your throat won't pain as much, and it is a complete food profile in itself. It will also help you to regulate your sleep cycle. Drink a lot of water before 9 pm so once you sleep by 10, you won't have to wake up to go to bathroom again and again. I also request you to please don't diagnose yourself of Depression on your own. There are several criterion for clinical depression which you may not be aware of. So please consult a Psychiatrist at the earliest. They will give you a proper medical examination and suggest exactly what you are going through and how it needs to be treated. Should you further feel necessary, please feel free to consult with me. We will go through your complete history and then work on what is bothering you. I hope you feel better soon.
Next Steps
Please consult a Psychiatrist immediately
Health Tips
Please do not self diagnose. What you are experiencing may not be depression - it might be something else at all, and can only be diagnosed by a Medical Professional. Take care.

There are many strategies you can use to manage stress and anxiety and prevent relapse. Here are some suggestions: Practice mindfulness: Mindfulness is the practice of being present in the moment and aware of your thoughts and feelings without judgment. This can help you to recognize when you are experiencing stress or anxiety and to develop coping strategies. Exercise regularly: Exercise is a great way to reduce stress and anxiety. It releases endorphins, which can improve your mood and reduce feelings of anxiety. It can also help you to sleep better, which is important for managing stress. Practice relaxation techniques: Techniques such as deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation, and visualization can help to reduce stress and anxiety. Maintain a healthy lifestyle: Eating a balanced diet, getting enough sleep, and avoiding drugs and alcohol can all help to reduce stress and anxiety. Build a support system: Having people you can talk to and rely on for support can be a great way to manage stress and prevent relapse. This can include friends, family members, or support groups. Identify triggers: Try to identify the things that trigger your stress and anxiety, and develop strategies to avoid or manage them. This might involve setting boundaries, practicing assertiveness, or changing your environment. Seek professional help: If you are struggling to manage stress and anxiety or are at risk of relapse, consider seeking professional help. A psychologist or counselor can provide you with the support and tools you need to stay on track.
