Sleeping problem and anxiety and stress.
I have sleeping issues. I cannot sleep at night properly. I have many problems in my life and in my family and due to which I get too stressed and feel anxious and sometimes get panic attacks also. I am also taking alcohol from the last 3 months (almost daily) to get asleep during the night and smoking also in stress. How can I get relief from stress and anxiety, so that I can sleep properly??

Oh oh....seems like you are too much stressed out..... What went wrong? Or what's bothering you? Alcohol n smoking is temporary solution , how about trying out to be happy forever? It's possible if you try ..... Many people are happy midst of their problems,then, why can't you? Consult me
