Hi, thank you for reaching out :) you can consult a psychologist to share your thoughts and emotions in a completely safe space and try to understand the underlying factors leading to these feelings. Resolving the concerns and learning ways to navigate and manage your stress can help make you feel and sleep better.
If its psychology best is counselling but seems psychophysio, get ENT / neurologist expert for medical check up (this will eleminate any physical issues being at all) Respiratory choking while in sleep is dangerous.

This could also be due to other factors or sudden change in life.Connect with your physician and get yourself tested.
Other than that reach out to mental health professionals to understand the symptoms and work on them.

Hi
Thanks for reaching out. For how long have you been feeling extremely anxious? You have not been able to sleep well. It is necessary to know what is making you feel anxious. Consult a psychologist and talk about what is making you feel extremely anxious. With a psychologist you can talk about your lifestyle, relationship with family, and sleep pattern. Currently you might be feeling anxious, helpless, and sleep deprived. With the help and guidance of a psychologist you will feel better.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist

Hi,
If its just a general anxiety that you are feeling. try to write pen down your thoughts you might understand what exactly is the issue. if you can resolve it by yourself, otherwise take professional help. Remember not to carry it for long.
We have hypnotherapy, a drugless approach which directly resolve core issue from subconscious.
Take care
I would suggest you to consult your family doctor, to begin with. You may, on doctor's advice, get your thyroid condition checked. If that and other physical health parameters appear to be normal, you may have to consult a psychiatrist (without hesitation) and get your anxiety managed, maybe with some medication, if suggested by the psychiatrist. Simultaneously, please consult a psychologist to understand the underlying conditions and situations that are putting you under stress and anxiety. The psychologist is very likely to guide/ train you to cope with those situations so that you can manage them on your own without getting stressed up.
Next Steps
Please consult your family physician / a psychiatrist/ a psychologist as required.

I would strongly recommend consulting with a general practitioner to rule out any potential physical conditions that might be contributing to your symptoms. Once you have a clear understanding of your physical health, considering therapy with a counsellor could be beneficial. Sleep is very crucial for maintaining an overall good health.
Therapy can provide a safe space to explore and address the underlying causes of anxiety and sleep difficulties. Mind Sculpt, my online therapy service, offers confidential sessions that could help you develop coping strategies and work towards a more balanced and calm state of mind.
