Hi Thanks for reaching out. Based on what you have mentioned it seems like you could be feeling depressed and anxious. You want to feel good and calm. You could be going through something, and you want to talk about it with someone. Consult a psychologist and talk about what is bothering you. With the guidance of a psychologist, you can gradually work on feeling better. At present you are feeling upset and anxious, with the help of counselling sessions you will feel better, you will feel calm, and you will be able to concentrate.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist.

Sorry to hear that you're having a tough time and feeling depressed. Remember that during moments like these, it's okay to take things one step at a time. Connect with a friend, family member, or a professional to talk about what you're experiencing. Sharing your feelings can provide a sense of relief and support. Be patient with yourself and recognize that it's okay to have days when you don't feel like doing much. Take care!
Next Steps
Consult with a clinical psychologist or a counsellor. DM for appointment.
Health Tips
Practice self care. Also, take Medical advise for your headache, as that could be a primary reason behind your feelings or vice-versa.

How long have you been feeling like that? If it has been more than two weeks and you are still experiencing all of these symptoms, there is a possibility that you may be experiencing symptoms of depression. Hi.. The real question is, what is it that has happened in your recent past that has made you feel like this. There were any recent changes, like in a relationship, or career, or city, a loss of any kind? Do you remember being like this in childhood or this is a recent development. You first need to figure out what exactly is causing this low feeling and than address it. These are all early signs and symptoms leading to depression (not a diagnosis). If left unattended they may take form of a serious condition.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance and Counselling is required.
