Post partum Depression hits when it is difficult to manage the child or the child becomes troublesome. Take some time out for self care, pamper yourself, take a break from being a full time mom if you can by arranging a care taker at home, so you have some time to relax. Communication your feelings to your closed ones, so they know your difficulty and are able to take care of you and kids. Please take counselling sessions. Take care.
