I am a 27 yr old virgin. I have dark yellowish vaginal discharge also with a bad odour to it. I am scared of pelvic exams. Will it require a pelvic exam necessarily to check on for any infection? If yes, Then will there be any anesthesia given for the same?

I have very interesting question please. When dilated eye exam is performed by opthalmologist to check the retina 1. Can it detect posterior vitreous detachment 2. If there is no PVD visible during dilation, can opthalmologists check for the consistency of the gel as well? Like how much it is solid and how much it is liquified giving a rough idea to when PVD will take place in future. Do dilated exams have the ability to check for the quality of gel basically?

Near:SPH: 0,CYL: 0, Vision: N6. RRB Exam requirement Physically Fit. Distance Vision: 6/12,6/18 With or Without glasses. Near Vision: Sn: 0.6,0.6 with or without glasses When reading or close work is required. So please compare both and please suggest am I eligible for RRB exam or not?

Respected Dr. Are speculum exam safe during pregnancy 18 weeks? I'm having itching and a bit pain in vaginal area and dr.  Might do speculum test? I fear it will open my cervix too. My cervix length at 15 weeks was 3.5 cm.  Just scared of speculum going inside. Please guide shall I go ahead.

The patient is in 10th standard and preparing for the board exam. She shows different symptoms of anxiety during these days. Main symptoms are fainting very often, loose motion, digestion issues. I was prescribed betacap40mg-proponolol in the mrng and clonazepam0.25mg at night for exam anxiety.I took 1st dose last night i felt fine. Mrng,even waking up aftr 8hrs later felt little sleepy.took betacap and was still sleepy. So tonight I haven't taken the clonazepam.Wht my concern is it is oky for me to take betacap tmrw mrng just bfre my exm?
