My mother is an introvert. Feeling stress ,anxiety, infiriority . Always moody, body present mind obsent, lazy, careless, don't remember anything. Don't mingle with much people. Is there any treatment for this. Can we cure this only with medicine. She hesitate to consult doctor and speak to new people. Please help me.

NEGATIVITY, STRESS AND FEAR

MADAM/ SIR, I am a student preparing for my government exam, during preparation I always feel depressed, continuously having negative thoughts about my future, not exaggerating but was always above average student, had always given priority to my studies but nowadays I feel in this high time when I have to give my 100% to study, I am not doing so infact nowadays I don't enjoy studying and even I am loosing my memory, I can't retain even what I had studied day before, I feel completely lost sometime when especially solving problems of mathematics not able to use my own aptitude to solve it and always gave up easily when not able solve it, there is always lump in my throat, I dont feel that I can make anything possible, IN SHORT I FEEL, I AM DEPRESSED

I am going mad. Don't know what to do.

I have extreme anxiety and panic dizziness Lightheasedness, muscle pain breathlessness tingling in my whole body keeping my mobile on right pocket of my pant. I fear and panic of something going wrong all the time if I had to pick up the phone from my right front pocket of my pant for some work or call.. It doesn't happen when I keep the phone in my back pocket.. I dont feel stressed and feel relaxed when I keep it in my pant back pocket or have to take it from there.. What is this happening iam unable to understand.. Am I going mad? Please help me overcome this issue

Vomitting tendency before travel

Hi Doctor I am explaining my one issue. When i am planning to travel any where that morning onwards until the trsvelling i am facing cough and omitting tendency. Some time if i vomit then i will become relax. But i am thinking again it will come or not. Thats why if travel come i will be nurveos. Could please suggest me how can i solve this issue?

Generalised anxiety

I have been suffering from generalised anxiety since last two years and it's only few months I got to know that what it is exactly. I had the peak anxiety 2 months before and now I can feel gradually I am improving . But one symptom i.e., disturbed sleep isn't improving . I am fed up of this symptom . This makes me feel lethargic through out the day and makes me feel dull . What should I do ?

Germaphobia and Extreme forgetfulness

My Grandmother  is a huge germaphobe which makes her wash her hands every second she sees a basin and she always washes herself from hip to leg which causes these patchy red skin all over her body (she exessevively cleans her whole body too)which she sometimes plucks of and lightly starts bleeding she almost forgets everything like who is who,forgot how to make food, doesn't pay attention to one thing at a time and talks without thinking. This has been going on for many years, it doesn't matter how many times we advise her but she is still not listening. She doesn't care about anything but keeping her self clean. If it was a female dr. I would send the photos to her.

Stress Relief, Anxiety

I've been dealing with emotional pain and stress from a long time now. I've been diagnosed with Anxiety before. Now I feel like I am not able to cope up again. I am student as well as entrepreneur. I dropped out after passing out from school to do business. But after covid. My business stopped. I registered for many colleges but couldn't get into college due to high fees. I had forcefully to take admission in ignou when I didn't wanted to due to my parents being worried about my future. I've been trying to cope up with everything using self help audio books. They were helping but then again now my girlfriend has left me and got into relationship with someone else after a day of break up. I don't feel good. I can't focus on things which were important to me. I have been doing everything just to be with her. It was a long distance of 5 years. I don't feel happy, feel like eating, crying at nights, and overthinking. I feel so emotional at times. Please help me I don't know what to do now.

Unnecessary focus on breathing

2 months back i had a suffocation attack which had my bp raised to 170/120 (by overthinking what is happening with me). initially i thought it was a heart attack. but all reports (ecg, echo, tmt) came normal. what i guess now it was a panic attack. after that i have a bad habit of thinking am suffocating always. it always resides back of my mind. am losing concentration cause of this. i plug in oximeter in my hand to check breathing level but it always comes 97+. healthwise am doing ok now but how to get rid of this mental blockage. moreover i was regular consumer of alcohol n smoke. now i have quit everything since last 2 months. can this mental obstruction be part of withdrawal syndrome? please advise.

Mental stress and depression

I am a student of 21 and currently feeling depressed since a very long time. Almost since 2 months, majorly due to some family problems. But I will be going to my college within a couple of month. Since I am unable to concentrate on my studies, restlessness and laziness, sleeping too much and less energetic, all these thighs are having very negative impact on my academics. Hence I would humbly request you to please recommend me some anti depressant tablets.
