Migraine | More sleep
I am CA student, currently going through internship. I have migraine problems, whenever i sleep less i get headache. I want to know is it psychological and i should correct my mindset or should I sleep more. I require 8 hours, but if if I sleep for 6 i can't manage. Can my change it to 6, coz i think migraine is related to sleep, so am i right or wrong. What steps should I take?

Hi I appreciate that you reach out for your concern. Whatever information you have given according to it I can say generally Migraine is psychosomatic disorder. It happens when you are stressed out. Migraine, stress and sleep are interrelated. 6-7hrs sleep is good enough to get up fresh in the morning..... practice sleep hygiene for quality sleep Sleep at fixed time n fixed place. Sleep place should be clean dimly lighted n used only for sleep purpose Start some exercise even 30min walk can do Start doing meditation for your mental n physical well-being

Hi dear.. I first recommend you to consult with physician to check if there is any medical reason behind it. But yes, sleep is very important aspect behind your headache. Have enough sleep and if u face difficulty in sleeping then you can consult a psychologist.
