My mind is always stay confuse,like it is blocked I couldnt remember anything well enough as I used to do.nothing I find great to do in my life,nothing can make me happy.why it is happening to me.

Myself 36 yrs old,i hve strange delay in thinking patterns like when i was 20 years old i use to have thinking of an 15 year old ,the brain thinking and maturity level was not enough of a required age..my parents also dont help or counsel someone,they didnt guide me properly,once i felt i am having mood disorsder highs and lows,but it was not diagnosed properly.2 years ago i started having anxiety disorder and my whole day to day thinking pattern has changed,still today i feel i used to have thinking pattern and maturity level of a 30 yr old person,i missed important things at that required age,ssri and snri drugs cant tolerate them,so i have started auyervedic drugs for brain anxiety.can somebody help whats all these?

Hello! My mother has been suffering from sudden mild memory loss problem. It is being 10-15 days, she is behaving very strange. She is forgetting things happened before 10-15 minutes. I don't know what is running in her mind. Day by day it is getting more severe. If there's anyone who can help her out in her problem by councelling and other medications then please help me... Dear sir/mam i have social phobia issue sins i was 4-5 years old but day by day it increasing and now i m not able to talk in social gathering and my hand tremors and face expression get out of control please help me. when i go to get a cup of tea and then  my hand tremors is getting Higher level.if i am alone then symptoms is more less or many time do not observed symptoms.

Recently I have been getting this random spikes of fear about death and how we have come to this world alone and will also leave everything behind without knowing what lies ahead. It scares me to bones and sometimes I have dreams where I repeatedly keep on waking up on dreams which makes me feel I have died in the midst of a dream. I wake up with palpitations accompanied by shortness of breath and it makes it so hard to distinguish between reality and Dream for a while. I can't concentrate on my tasks and I'm always so tired. It feels like I'm waiting for something to happen but I don't know what exactly I'm waiting for. I don't wash my hair for days neither brush my teeth just because I don't have the energy to do so. I don't even have the simple motivation to be better but regardless of that I try.

I am a Masters student in Paris, which has been under fairly strict confinement regulations since about a year that has adversely affected my mental health and has brought about bouts of depression and anxiety since the last several months (I have previously been diagnosed with BPD). However, for the last two months I have had several flare ups of eczema and have developed numerous allergic reactions to the point that I cannot open my eyes since my face is so swollen, the cause of which is yet to be determined despite several medical consultations. I have developed allergic reaction to the topical medication used to treat skin condition. I have had 3 doctors tell me it is from saborrheic dermatitis. I have closely monitored every product used and consumed prior to the allergic reactions and cannot pinpoint anything out of the ordinary. However, I have noted that the reaction arises usually after a fairly severe panic attack. Could this be possible or am I just grasping at straws?
