Focusing on my breath
I don't know if I sound crazy but I'm going through this from past few days, I feel like I should manually take every breath especially at night before sleeping and I can't stop thinking about it.

Dear 'Focussing on my breath', Sounds like you are experiencing anxiety due to the covid situation and it's related news around you. I request you to  please reduce exposing yourself to such news and related material as much as possible. I guarantee you will feel much better. Remember that noone taught you to breathe when you were born and so it is something that you happened to do automatically at birth  and noone can teach you to stop breathing either. Therefore the Creator (God) has it all in His Hands and He knows best for us and does the best for us. With Regards, Dr.Nisha James

This is not crazy, it is a normal response to feeling overwhelmed and seeking control wherever you can. It seems like you have something on your mind that has been troubling you or that you feel helpless or unable to control certain things. This is something you should explore in a counselling session with a trustworthy therapist.

No, It's not crazy. You have just started focusing on a process (automatic) that is governed my our autonomic nervous system. And since you have started focusing on it, so your mind is telling you that you need to do it manually. I suggest you start practicing a breathing technique before sleep to overcome this problem. Also, I suppose you are either feeling very lonely or worried about future. So counselling/psychotherapy will help.
Next Steps
Seek a Psychologist/Counsellor.
