Hi, it looks like you feel uncomfortable about getting angry often. You are concerned about getting extremely angry with people who are close to you. You can consult a psychologist who will help and guide you with ways to manage anger based on your situation and lifestyle. It is known that stress can make a person feel angry. A psychologist will help identify what is causing anger.

Hi I understand your situation. Try introspecting on yourself and ask questions to your own self like" What situation or event is making me angry all the times". Note down. You might get a clarity on your emotions. Usually anger leads to frustration.
Next Steps
I would suggest you to work on Thought model. Make three columns and note down your Trigger/ Situation i.e. What situation is causing to feel angry, then Thought ( What kind of thoughts was going through your mind when you felt angry)  , then emotions ( which is anger as per your record)..Rate your level of emotions on a scale of 0-10, 0 being no anger at all and 10 being highly angry. This might helps you to understand about the different situations that makes you to feel angry. Also might help you to have a better understanding on your thoughts that usually leads to emotions. Try the above steps if possible but don't force yourself if you are not able to get a satisfying response from your own self. Relax. Currently you require relaxation.
Health Tips
1.Please consult a psychologist for further help. 2. Practice Deep Breathing excercises. 3. Have a good sleep and healthy food 4. Drink more water
