It seems to be PPD. Post Partum Depression and behavioral changes. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated. It is due to harmonal changes. It needs to be addressed in a holistic way. It can be treated well with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively. You need an expert psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

I hear that you're experiencing challenges with anger, and it's commendable that you're seeking guidance on how to manage it. Anger can often be a complex emotion, and understanding the underlying causes is crucial. It can sometimes act as a blanket emotion, covering deeper feelings such as frustration, sadness, or stress. Considering your recent C-section and the stress in your daily routine, it's understandable that emotions are heightened. As a breastfeeding mother, hormonal changes can also contribute. Exploring the root causes of your anger, perhaps through therapy, can be beneficial. Mind Sculpt, my online therapy service, is available to provide support and guidance. Therapy can help you develop coping strategies, communication skills, and emotional regulation techniques.
