Hi you need to know the situation, thoughts which makes you to feel, attain panic attacks. Practice breathing exercise, physical exercise, relax yourself, give care to yourself, make yourself laugh. If this feeling stays for few months you need to consult psychologist to know what makes you to attain panic attacks.

1) is it real or u feel like
2) am I demanding by myself/ others
3) am I Awefulizing
4) am I catastrophizing
5) am I self depreciating
Once u find the real self distructi've thought
Replace with new constructive one
Do daily some exercise- even 30 min walk can help
Do rhythmic muscle relaxation technique
Listen calming meditation from YouTube
