PLEASE 🙏 EXPLAIN ME IN EASY LANGUAGE WHAT IS THE ACTUAL status of patient is it good or not . AND PLS COMPARE FROM PAST STATUS ALSO.

I suffered from sleep paralysis after then I feel very scared about the thought of nightmares in night and felt anxious I not be able to sleep . I don't sleep about 35 days continuously I Think I have developed somniphobia which is a fear of falling asleep bcoz whenever I fall going for sleep my heart rate was very fast . I cannot decided what to do next . I am not sleep at all at the last month bcoz the sleep is not coming to me

Dealing with some emotional psychological problems. They basically don't bother always but it's been a few days that my friend has been experiencing a huge burden of it .Need a solution and a closure to start a healthy life again.

I'm a 24 years old woman.I had very low self-esteem.I got scared whenever i was introduced to somthng new something challenging.I could never believe in myself.In college I got into relationship with one of my best friends.he( boyfriend cum best friend) is amazing, he has all those characteristics which i wanted in my partner. In one word he is perfect.Problem started when he proposed me. At first i knew i had no feelings for him bt i thought I'll grew feelings after sometime. First 2 year I was convinced that i have feelings may b not as much as he feels for me. Last 1 year we are in kind of no meeting only text rarely call type of communication. Now i feel so disconnected. since a month I'm thinking over n over dt truly, I never loved anybody except my family. Even I think, i don't have any emotional attachment with anyone. is it making me a bad person or horrible friend and girlfriend?don't know how to tell him about it. please help.nothing hurts me now.I feel like emotionally empty

My son is getting very angry and hyper at very small things. Whenever I tells him something , he suddenly get very angry. He doesn't want that anyone tells him anything. He only wants to do his coding. He never goes outside to play What will I do to control his angryness.

Whenever I get a feeling like headache, stomach pain, etc. I starts thinking like it is a brain tumour, or such deadly diseases. So this anxiety starts at anytime and I gets no time to do anything. I try to walk, do something tht will divert mind but anxiety doesn't allow it. It doesn't come daily but before it used to come daily. And, I don't know now how to this deal with for real.

Hello Dr. My daughter is 2nd half year old . She can talk so many words she understands each every instructions she fallowing so many things whichever we tell her. But when I tel her to call me AAI Or to her father Baba then  she ignores. I scold her today she knows that why I scold her. But she didn't call us AAI baba. What ever she wants from me or from other family member ahe just interpret or call by that thing name.but not AAI baba aajji ajoba. We all are living together. I  just want to know is it normal or what. She can speak AAI baba aajji.

Myself Priyanka., I was dating someone, but recently he cheated on me.. and this is not first time, everytime I forgive him. But this time is different he doesn't want to be with me... but I don't know after knowing all this things about him.. I want to be with him. He always hurt me disrespect me abusing me... but don't know what happen to me I am unable to leave him, he ignoring my calls my msgs.. this is very tough for me... Please help me out...

Hello Doctor, can you please enlighten me about STRONG WILLED CHILDREN? I think mine is one.. but i am not sure. It has not been said by any professional - I just happened to read about it over the internet and found that my almost 5yr old has an uncanny resemblance to the characteristics. And even that I have been handling him in the exact same way, though unknowingly. I an not sure if it exists at all.. can anyone please throw some light?   Thank you.
