Dealing with some emotional problems.
Dealing with some emotional psychological problems. They basically don't bother always but it's been a few days that my friend has been experiencing a huge burden of it .Need a solution and a closure to start a healthy life again.

There has to be a clarity when you post a query.if your friend is not clear how and why she is feeling in a certain way she should breakdown her thoughts and try to figure out what Is bothering her the most,as per priority she should find the solutions to the problems that are under her control rest she has to accept and move on.she can journal her feelings if she Is not expressive while talking. For closure she has to accept the situation around her. She can talk to any trust worthy friends or relatives who is unbiased and not judgemental,or else she should seek professional help.
