Does anxiety cause hand n legs pain. Also I have death anxiety I feel like something bad will happen I was never like this before.

Why people want best in everything and why is that they don't get satisfied to whatever we do. Why nothing is accepted or taken happily ? How to satisfy ppl ?

Can laughing can be a compulsion of OCD... because of this over Laughing iam irritated and I getting poor in social interactions 😓...for this some suggestions please

I am in late 20's, married with one year child. Working from home since 1 and half yr. Taken alot of wrong decisions now I m paying for it and going through big trauma. Have no social life, no friend circle, become unhealthy, every thing has changed. Feels unsecured, lost interest in everything. Sometimes feels like my life has become a round circle and I m moving in it and unable to come out of this.

I am a regular drinker although I do not binge. I want to be de addicted and seek help in the matter

I am a 30 year old person.. I have a typical question. Even during my good times, happy times, I am not smiling/ laughing or not having a thinking to laugh... Even when a person tells a good joke, I realize it is a joke but not having a mind to laugh for it.. Is my mindset or approach is wrong? People misunderstands me for not laughing and saying no sense of humor.. But in reality I am a jovial person and never get tension for anything.. I need smile on my face.. In my life no bitter things happened in the past .. so thinking why I am not having any smile or laugh from my side. Your suggestions will help me to make me better...Thanks In Advance..

I am in the relationship and I want to get married with that guy but my problem is that  he is not  financial stable but I am ok with it. My problem is that I am emotionally connected with that guy as like a hell.I share my lil bit problem with him.He is my everything but my parents want my answer that you want to marry with another guy or with your bf. But my future will be great if I married with another guy but at the same time I don't want to loose him at all.can you please help me out with this.

I feel that my husband is not giving me importance... He don't talk to me without any purpose or you can say...that we Hadley have some good casual talks If I talk sometimes I feel he is not listening... Don't know how to fix this He don't even understand unsaid words which I understood about him... So I feel that he is not giving me importance

I am confused about marrying my out of cast, dark skinned, not good family background boyfriend who is also very loving, loyal, simple, financially stable, self made, focused and tall. I always wanted to have an arrange marriage where everything goes well. So weather should I choose a person whom I love so much or think practically and try to find someone else where I can get everything I want as well as love in an arranged marriage setup.
