Confused state of mind what to do.. Please advise why confused mind state arises and how to overcome it..

Hi Doctor, I want to talk about my father. He was in para military. Since his adulthood he had anger issues, never listened to any one and carry a self pride with him. He is 76 yrs now, he is diabetic and has hypertension issue. Day by day he is becoming a irritating person. Will quarrel with me and my mother and if we reply back to him, he will start emotional blackmailing like "Today I won't take my pressure medicine". I am a IT guy and I am also pursuing my MBA. I am not able to concentrate in my work. He is creating a hell lot of mental stress to me. From childhood I have been a Obedient child but now it is getting to much. His ego is eating himself. Even with sweet words he doesn't want to understand what he is doing to us. If I leave them alone and relocate then people will think I am selfish and a disobedient child. There are many weird behavior and unusual activities my father is doing which is building my mental stress. Please suggest me what could be the best possible way ?

Hi Myself Rinkesh Rajput, So one day I decided to implement new habits and designed my life that how it should look like but everytime I do effort it makes me stop and feel like, I'm on the same place where I started and nothing is going good for me bcoz whenever I implement a new thing like Public Speaking in a community I start keep on giving excuse to get escape from it so that is what the problems I'm facing and not clear how to plan based upon practicality and implement it as I think and one more thing that I spended my most of the past at home so I feel uncomfortable to go out, even on near by my road and I makes me feel like I'm stuck and always stuck, so this are the few points that I remember and think that I should find a real solution by consulting with an expert in it, so if any suggestion that what should I do on this or will the consultation be good or bad for me?

I am having a cold and cough almost every month.. and once its happen it never recovered before 10-15 days. No idea why this happened regularly.

I know a person can not be diagnosed here like this. But I just want to know the possibility. My girlfriend has a very restrictive family. She was living at hostel when her family found out about our relationship! They directly went to her hostel and took her back home with them. She had no idea what or why it was happening. She got her laptop and phone taken away and she didn't get it back until 3 months passed. She has been restricted at home for more than 2 years now. Her career is over because her family doesn't let her go anywhere! They keep tabs on her all the time. They check her phone/laptop regularly and she is not even allowed to lock her room. She is scared all the time, she always feel paranoid. And she has every symptom of C-PTSD. But can it develop due to these events? Her family is very strict and abusive(verbal), they body shame her, call her ugly for being dark skinned and so on. She can't go to therapy or even mention that she might have mental issues to her family.
